All About AlvernoMail

AlvernoMail is a family email address that Alverno High School staff and faculty will use as the primary point of contact for Alverno students and families. Every student will be automatically assigned an @alvernomail.org email address. This special AlvernoMail address can act in one of two ways; as a forwarding account, or as a web-based email account.

Forwarding accounts are the most common as they allow your AlvernoMail account to forward to one or many existing email addresses. This means that all emails sent to a student's AlvernoMail could be forwarded to her personal email, her mom's work email, her dad's personal email or any number of addresses desired. This will ensure that no one gets left out of the loop.

However, should a student's family not have existing email service or not wish to receive school emails in their inbox, the AlvernoMail account can be used as a web based email service. This will allow anyone in the family to visit http://mail.alvernomail.org to gain access to the AlvernoMail email account and view the messages.

No matter which way you use your AlvernoMail account, keeping it up-to-date is the key. If you use forwarding please ensure that all forwarding addresses are accurate. Should you choose to use web based email, please check your messages regularly.

AlvernoMail is the primary means of contact between Alverno High School and their students and families.
